The application automatically retries failed faxes at no additional cost. If a fax cannot be successfully sent after multiple attempts, no charges will be incurred regardless of the reason for failure.

User support is readily available within the app or via email at [email protected]. The team strives to provide timely responses, typically within 24 hours.

A few important notes:

• Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, with renewal costs disclosed at that time. Users may manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their account settings post-purchase.
